SILO has started a collaboration with the Vice-Chancellor for Research at the University of Coruña (UDC) to provide technical assistance services related to Recovery and Resilience Facility (Next Gen) funds in both legal and technical areas.
The service will focus on continuous support and expert guidance to ensure proper tracking of indicators, milestones, and objectives for the initiatives benefiting the university. This includes identifying and monitoring key metrics, assessing progress toward set milestones, and making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives. It also involves risk identification and mitigation strategies, ensuring an informed and effective decision-making process.
As part of our tasks, we will also train university staff involved in managing NGEU funds, with sessions covering both the funding mechanisms and the Coffee tool.
