  • Accelerators and Venture Building: We help turn innovative ideas into impactful projects through programs designed to advance science and technology. We design and operate incubators, accelerators, and venture builders, with a special focus on the world of deeptechs, especially life sciences. We offer comprehensive support that covers everything from opportunity identification to development into sustainable initiatives, support for fundraising and outreach, technology, and market access.

 

  • Corporate Entrepreneurship Programs for Large Organizations: We design and manage corporate entrepreneurship programs tailored to the specific needs of large organizations and semi-public entities, leveraging our extensive experience in managing the legal formular “project contests”. As experts in this model, we not only design effective structures but also ensure their success through selection and development processes aligned with strategic goals and the legal framework.
  • We design entrepreneurial support instruments that drive impact. Our team has led the conceptualization and management of pioneering programs for participation in deeptech projects, both for venture builders and organizations focused on startup financing, adapting them to the needs of large public and private organizations. These instruments have driven the growth of innovative projects, turning them into impactful solutions for society. From venture builders to startup investment funds, we bring experience, strategic vision, and operational expertise to design and manage the instruments organizations need.
  • Models for Implementing of New Policies and Strategies. We design models that materialize new European and national policies and strategies. Our experience includes defining and piloting strategic European initiatives, such as those related to strategic reserves, open sovereignty, and the modernization of digital services for public institutions

 

  • Models for International Expansion. We drive global expansion through innovative models that support organizations’ international growth. For example, we have contributed to the creation of internationally ambitious initiatives in quantum technologies field, helping to position the region as a leader in advanced technology. We have also played a key role in defining the internationalization model for a digital health cluster, connecting local capabilities with global markets.
  • Digital Transformation Office. We accelerate organizations’ digital transformation through a comprehensive service provided by our Digital Transformation Office. From this office, we provide services ranging from drafting technical specifications and budget management to designing and monitoring transformation KPIs, providing both strategic and operational management to ensure the controlled execution of these complex programs. We also lead the technical office, ensuring the achievement of the transformation plan’s objectives, turning digitalization into a sustainable competitive advantage.

 

  • Exploitation Packages in European Deeptech Projects. We contribute to the success of European deeptech projects through the definition and execution of result exploitation packages. We work closely with international consortia to design strategies that maximize the impact of technological advancements, connecting them with market needs. Our knowledge of the deeptech ecosystem and European frameworks ensures that research outcomes are translated into real-world applications with high added value.
