  • Design of the funding strategy and strategic alignment: Analysis of the entity’s activities and the call for proposals’ objectives to ensure that the projects are aligned with their priorities.

 

  • Identification of local, national, or European calls for proposals: Evaluation of available funding programs in the form of grants, subsidies, soft loans, and other financial support mechanisms.
  • Review of requirements: Verification of eligibility criteria, deadlines, available budget, and specific characteristics.

 

  • Support in project design: Definition of objectives and scope, design of the work plan, and outline of the required potential consortium.

 

  • Preparation of the proposal: Support in technical writing, impact plan, design of the requested budget, writing of the exploitation and dissemination plan.
  • Critical review: Evaluation of the proposal from the perspective of an external evaluator, identifying areas for improvement.

 

  • Editing and design: Enhancement of the visual presentation of the proposal, including graphics, tables, and diagrams.

  • Technical and financial justification: Preparation of interim and final technical and financial reports, expense control, management of deviations, as well as risk management and required audits.
